Crafter, entrepreneur, TV presenter and Dragon – I’ve worked hard to craft my own success story.
Founding my business from a university bedroom and forging my way through the world of business – I’ve never done anything by halves! What has always seen me through is drive, determination and inspiration.
And something I’m passionate about is sharing the knowledge, expertise and insights that I’ve picked up along the way. I’m here to keep that door of opportunity wide open for others keen to turn their dreams into a reality.
So, whether you’re here for business advice, motivational speaking opportunities, the latest Den news or fancy getting started in mindful crafting – you’re in the right place!
If you can spare just 6 minutes a week and want to supercharge your business journey, it’s time to become a 6 Minute Entrepreneur!
Crafting has been my full-time-job for years now, showing and teaching people how to make beautiful things is something I truly love to do.
I’m passionate about the benefits of getting creative and am always looking for new ways to inspire more people to discover how enriching and calming craft is for the whole family.
Thanks to Dragons’ Den, I have a really clear idea of what I’m looking for in a business investment. Primarily, I’m looking for a fantastic person. An outstanding entrepreneur can carry a mediocre idea, but the most revolutionary idea wouldn’t be able to get off the ground with a mediocre entrepreneur.
Something that brings me a lot of joy is the opportunity to speak to other entrepreneurs and aspiring business leaders.
It’s always such a privilege to share my story and hopefully inspire others to achieve great things in business.
From presenting Morning Live to inspecting every piece of confetti in the Ultimate Wedding Planner – you might have spotted me on the small screen lately.
Here’s what I’ve been up to…

We Can All Make It, is my story. I hope it inspires others to go out and follow their dreams.
The Bradley Lowery Foundation was established in August 2017 after six-year-old Bradley Lowery lost his fight to Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer.
Providing vital hospital and community services to a population of over 650,000, the County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is a charity very close to my heart.
In 2021, I was delighted to be asked to be Smart Works Newcastle’s first North East Ambassador. The charity, which helps women to fulfil their true potential in the world of work, really struck a chord with me and the decision to join them was an easy one to make.
Discussing how we feel is something that no one should be ashamed of doing. I have always admired the work that Mind, the mental health charity, has done to promote positive wellbeing and open conversations about mental health.
