I am lucky enough to call myself part of the Morning Live family – and it really is like a family there.
Presenting Morning Live is not just work; it’s a wonderful experience, and being part of the Morning Live family is like being part of a close-knit community. Everyone in the team is so warm and so much fun to work with, it’s a real privilege to be involved.
As it’s a live magazine show, you can cover a really broad range of topics and themes during one show. Morning Live is an important and necessary show in my opinion, its unique blend of big news stories and lifestyle features provides viewers with a healthy balance.
And it’s fast-paced, high energy and just non-stop fun – which suits me down to the ground!
What I enjoy most about presenting Morning Live is the opportunity to connect with the audience in real time. I always try to put myself in the viewers’ shoes and think about what they might want or need to know about a subject. So, when I’m interviewing someone I try to understand the needs of people at home and ask questions that resonate with them.
When not presenting, I bring my creative expertise to Morning Live as their resident craft expert, sharing ideas and showing everyone how to make a simple card or a sweet decoration for an upcoming event or season. .
We’ll all craft along together so everyone can see just how easy it can be to make something really special. I’m passionate about the benefits of crafting for wellbeing, and that you don’t need loads of tools and materials to get the whole family creating – and this is a great opportunity to showcase exactly that!
