It's Good To Give Back

Charity

I proudly represent Smart Works Newcastle and serve as a patron for the Bradley Lowery Foundation.

Beyond these roles, I passionately support other awesome national and local causes that hold special significance.

I’m passionate about making a difference where it matters and strive to make a positive impact through these partnerships.

So whether it’s Mind, Children in Need or other charities close to my heart, when it comes to helping out, I’m all in.

The Bradley Lowery Foundation was established in August 2017 after six-year-old Bradley Lowery lost his fight to Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer.

Providing vital hospital and community services to a population of over 650,000, the County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is a charity very close to my heart.

In 2021, I was delighted to be asked to be Smart Works Newcastle’s first North East Ambassador. The charity, which helps women to fulfil their true potential in the world of work, really struck a chord with me and the decision to join them was an easy one to make.

Discussing how we feel is something that no one should be ashamed of doing. I have always admired the work that Mind, the mental health charity, has done to promote positive wellbeing and open conversations about mental health.
