So, yesterday I had the privilege of launching a four-part exclusive masterclass for Avon to coach and mentor their amazing team of sales representatives.
I have to say, of all the exciting projects I get to be involved with, this has to be one of my all time favourites.
And it’s because I’m getting to work with hundreds of small micro-entrepreneurs – predominantly (although not all) women, who are building their businesses around family and other commitments . They are all incredibly passionate and it has been a privilege to work with them.
This was the first of a four-part series I’m delivering for Avon, and I set some homework. And I was blown away last night when I crawled into bed, checked our exclusive Facebook group to see how everyone was getting on and was inundated with hundreds and hundreds of messages from people who were feeling inspired, driven and were going out chasing their dreams.
I had goose bumps all over knowing I’d had such an impact on that many entrepreneurs and it made me just sit back and take stock and reflect on how lucky I am to be in a position to impact peoples lives like this.
